The change process consists of two parts:
We accept returns on all clothing items, including those that are on sale. Returns are made through a refund or store credit. Except for accessories, earrings and headdresses, which will be exchanged for another item.
You have up to 14 calendar days to return it. We will refund your money or you can exchange it for another product 🙂🙂. Shipping costs are your responsibility, they are usually €4.95 for the return to the peninsula.
If you prefer, you can also make the return, assuming the cost of shipping with any courier service that allows tracking of the package so that it is not lost. In this case, the package will have to arrive at our facilities within the deadline and we will refund the full amount of your order. The steps to follow are the following:
1. Place the items you wish to return and the cloth bag in the original packaging.
2. Go to the courier service of your choice and send us the return to the following address:

Once the return is received at our warehouse, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase in the bank account associated with the card within 1-5 business days.
We will notify you when we receive the package at the warehouse.
We will send you an email when we have issued the refund or your store credit. Shipments take 4/5 working days from the time they are deposited at the post office.
If you have decided to send the return yourself, you can check the status of the shipment with the tracking number or by contacting us at 604 43 80 50.
You will receive the refund within approximately 1-5 business days from the date we receive the package back at our warehouse. We will inform you that we have made the refund via a confirmation email. Please note that crediting your credit card always depends on your bank.
MarisolTrend reserves the right to reject returns that are notified or sent after the specified deadline, or items that are not in the same condition as when they were sent.

Shipments to the peninsula take between 2 and 3 working days from the time you place the order. Shipments to the Balearic Islands and Portugal will take approximately 8 or 9 working days , unless the package is held in customs, in which case it could be delayed by 2/3 more days.
REST OF EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
Shipments to any country (except Spain and Portugal) take 7 to 9 business days from when you place the order.

If you choose the in-store pickup option, your order will be ready 1 hour after placing the order and you can pick it up whenever you want during our store hours.
Monday to Friday 9.30am to 2pm and 5pm to 8.30pm.
Saturday 9.30 to 13.30.
Sizing varies depending on our models as we are a multi-brand store, but in most cases our customers wear their usual size.
